Liam Davis
Development Lead
Liam developed the innovative regenerative farm and homestead design system used at Davis Regenerative. He personally oversees each and every client project. Liam applies core permaculture principles learned from the Bullock Brothers (direct students of Bill Mollison) to create resilient food systems across a diverse range of climates. His work focuses on making sustainable food production accessible through practical, low-cost techniques that restore soil health and ecosystem function.
Giuliana Davis
Design Lead
With over 700 acres of subdivisions platted, Giuliana drives the Davis Regenerative design pipeline, handcrafting every design we deliver. She blends extensive design expertise with a background in intensive livestock management, honed at Simple Gifts Farm in Massachusetts, where she rotationally grazed cattle to produce over 15,000 pounds of grass-fed beef annually. Beyond farming, Giuliana ran Giuliana Design & Illustration for five years, building brands for small businesses nationwide.
