At Davis Regenerative, our goal is to make homesteading accessible to families and their communities. We achieve this by designing and developing landscapes and homesites that are highly livable, sustainable, and productive.
Designing and developing regenerative farms and homesteads is our life work. We are incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to serve and work alongside every family we work with.
Liam Davis
Co-Founder, Head of Development
Liam is the Co-Founder and Head of Development at Davis Regenerative, and the creator of its innovative regenerative farm and homestead design system. He personally oversees each client's project, leveraging his experience gained from studying and working under the Bullock's Brothers in Washington State (who themselves were the original students of Bill Mollison, the creator of permaculture). His expertise includes permaculture design, rotational grazing, soil regeneration, re-greening deserts, and general familiarity with every climate found throughout the United States (and beyond).
Giuliana Davis
Co-Founder, Head of Design
With 700+ acres of subdivisions platted, Giuliana is the creative powerhouse behind the Davis Regenerative design pipeline. Every design you receive from us is masterfully hand-drawn by her. Giuliana does this by combining her extensive design expertise with a rich background in intensive livestock management. During her tenure at Simple Gifts Farm in Massachusetts, she rotationally grazed cattle, producing over 15,000 pounds of grass-fed beef per year. Outside of her farm work, she managed a graphic and web design agency (Giuliana Design & Illustration) for 5 years, where she developed brands for small businesses across America.
