Our design subscription includes a comprehensive permaculture design tailored to your specific land, climate, and goals. This could be anything from growing food in a studio apartment, to starting a multi-generational homestead on 30 acres, to building and running a successful 1,000 acre regenerative farm.
This includes detailed site analysis, water management planning, zone planning, plant selection, and implementation strategies. You'll receive digital files, printed materials, and online tools and guides, along with access to our implementation support team via Slack.
The design process takes either 3 or 6 months. The choice is yours. We pace our work accordingly. If you need your design completed on the sooner side, simply select the shorter timeframe.
It's not required. We've successfully completed many designs remotely using satellite imagery, topographical data, and video calls. If you'd like us to visit your property, we can discuss a 2-day site visit package to test the soil and water, take drone footage, and more once we assess your property.
Yes - in fact, we specifically create our designs with phased implementation (one step at a time) in mind. We'll help you prioritize which elements to implement first based on your goals, budget, time available, and the current state of your land.
We work collaboratively with you throughout the process to ensure the design meets your needs. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer revisions until you're happy with the result. Your success is our goal.
We allow refunds up to one week after your subscription begins, minus any payment processing fees. We don't allow refunds after that period because we work as hard as we can to ensure your success. In our experience, the main limiting factor for your success is your own involvement, communication, and implementation of the materials we provide.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll keep your spot in Slack, and you can resume whenever you're ready to continue and until your design is complete. However, we strongly recommend completing your design as soon as possible - the sooner your design is completed, the sooner you can start implementing it efficiently and avoid costly mistakes while developing your land. Our designs are specifically created to save you both time and money.
We count each 'month' as 30 days. If you pause or cancel your subscription mid-month, you can restart later without paying for the days you had left. For example, if you stop on the 15th, you get 15 free days to use whenever you come back.
Yes! We offer a monthly maintenance subscription after your initial design is complete. This allows you to continue asking questions and receiving guidance as you implement your design. Many clients find this ongoing support invaluable as they bring their design to life. The cost is typically 10-25% of the total design cost monthly.
